WELCOME
„As a Ukranian escaping war, I could not have found a more welcoming place than Panevėžys. I totally vibed with the city‘s raw energy and wanted to repay the debt. At City Hero barber shop, we're all about helping guys of all ages discover their inner heroes and rockin' authentic haircuts and killer beard styles that shout confidence. This city needs men with a heroic side to them. But, before you swing by, remember - whoever talks BS about Panevėžys will not be a friend of mine”.

DOES PNVZ HAVE HEROES?
A real man isn’t a narcissist, an egoist, or a prima donna. A true man is a hero, someone who cares about causes greater than himself. Our mission is to empower men with the added confidence they require in their daily battles to make the world around them better.
We also want to remind the world that Panevėžys had its heroes before, but we haven’t been very good at telling their stories. So here’s our take on telling the tale of the city’s most misunderstood badass.
